Anxiety has three components: thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Each component affects the others and reinforces anxiety. This is called the anxiety triangle.
To cope with anxiety, your child needs skills for each part of the triangle: one set of skills for the anxious feelings, one for the anxious behaviors, and one for the anxious thoughts. My free guide will walk you through practical examples for each. Contact me if you have more questions or feedback on my guide.
